Confirmed Covid-19 cases around the world so far exceed 30 million, while the death toll is sadly approaching one million lives lost to the new virus. Undoubtedly this is not just another flu, as some have argued. And while in our country we are “doing very well so far,” as we are told, with less than 15,000 positive samples and a little more than 300 deaths, this is not the right time to be complacent.

The management of Koskinidis Packaging understands the seriousness of the situation and for this reason they have made sure that the company is fully prepared for the return of their employees from the summer break. In line with this, on Monday, August 24, 2020, on the first working day for everyone, all employees were tested for Covid-19. Samples were collected at all the company’s facilities in Tavros, Koropi and Moschato by the medical personnel of MEDIONE Medical Center. Koskinidis Packaging employees had been informed in advance by the staff manager. The employees who were not present on that day had to visit one of the MEDIONE Medical Center branches and get tested before they were cleared to return to work.
